Whipped Pink Lemonade

A fluffy, cloud-like pink lemonade with a creamy, ethereal texture, perfect for summer parties or a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Pink Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Heavy Cream, chilled
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • Optional: 1-2 drops Pink Food Coloring
  • Optional: Lemon slices, fresh raspberries, whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar in the chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a blender, blend pink lemonade concentrate and ice cubes until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the blended lemonade until evenly combined.
  5. Optional: Add pink food coloring and mix gently.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish as desired, and serve immediately.

Use high-quality lemonade concentrate and ensure all equipment is chilled for best results. Serve immediately for the best texture.
