Refreshing Tropical Lemonade Mocktail

This Tropical Lemonade Mocktail Recipe is the perfect drink for a hot summer day! It’s refreshing, delicious, and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice (from about 68 lemons)
  • 2 cups tropical fruit juice blend
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Tropical fruit chunks (pineapple, mango, kiwi), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make a simple syrup: In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, and tropical fruit juice blend.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and tropical fruit chunks.

Notes

For a sweeter mocktail, add more simple syrup. For a tarter mocktail, add more lemon juice. You can also add other fruits, such as strawberries or raspberries.
