Finished Steak Bites with Pesto Alfredo Tortellini

These steak bites are incredibly tender and flavorful, perfect as an appetizer or main course.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove from skillet and garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality sirloin steak. Do not overcrowd the pan when cooking the steak bites.
