Finished Stuffed Taco Bell Beef Burrito

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in a microwave or on a dry skillet.
  4. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
  5. Top with cooked rice, seasoned ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Optional: Grill the burrito for a few minutes per side to get a crispy exterior. You can also add your favorite hot sauce for extra spice.
