  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pretzels on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, then let cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pretzel crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let cool slightly, then stir in sliced strawberries.
  5. Carefully pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
