These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos are an amazing dessert! Creamy cheesecake filling combined with the iconic strawberry shortcake crunch all wrapped in a delicious taco shell.

  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup strawberry crunch topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with strawberry crunch topping.
  3. Place tortillas over oven rack to form taco shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Fill each taco shell with cheesecake filling and top with fresh strawberries.
  7. Serve immediately.
