  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Whisk together until the cream cheese is fully blended and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add honey and vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  4. Fold in the chopped strawberries and chia seeds, if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
