  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • Strawberry Layer:
  • 1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  3. Assemble the Lush: Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Add Strawberry Topping: Spread strawberry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
