  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 3040 round crackers (such as Ritz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, Mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Arrange crackers on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Top each cracker with a spoonful of the spinach dip mixture, spreading evenly.
  5. Sprinkle extra cheese on top for additional flavor.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
