Cozy Brownie

Deliciously moist and fudgy brownies made with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding nuts, dried fruit, or a swirl of peanut butter to the batter before baking.
