Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 8 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits and herbs.
  2. For each infused water recipe, combine the ingredients in a pitcher or large jar.
  3. Add 8 cups of water to the pitcher.
  4. Gently muddle the ingredients to release their flavors.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse.
  6. Strain the water or serve with the fruit and herbs. Enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger pineapple flavor, lightly grill the pineapple chunks before adding them to the water. You can also add a pinch of sea salt for added electrolytes.
