These Peanut Butter Cup Rolls are a chocolate and peanut butter lover’s dream! Soft, fluffy rolls filled with peanut butter cups and topped with a chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen sweet roll dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 12 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each sweet roll into a 4-inch circle.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter onto each circle.
  4. Place a peanut butter cup in the center of each circle.
  5. Bring the edges of the dough up and around the peanut butter cup, pinching to seal.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While the rolls are baking, prepare the chocolate ganache. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let stand for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the chocolate ganache over the warm rolls. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips in the ganache. You can also add a sprinkle of chopped peanuts on top of the ganache.
