  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Spread peach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
