  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the Parmesan crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
