  • ½ cup Key Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest (plus extra for garnish)

  3. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  6. Slowly beat in key lime juice and lime zest until just blended.
  7. If using, gently fold in half of the whipped topping or whipped cream.
  8. Spoon or pipe filling into crusts. Smooth tops.
  9. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  10. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with lime zest or slice before serving.

Notes

Zest your limes before juicing for ease. To make gluten-free, substitute GF graham crackers. These pies last up to 3-4 days refrigerated. For extra flavor, add a bit of coconut extract or top with toasted coconut.
