  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Key lime juice, fresh or bottled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, Key lime juice, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Pour filling into the prepared crust.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
