  • 1 cup fruit juice (such as apple or grape)
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine fruit juice and gelatin powder. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in honey (or maple syrup), ashwagandha powder, and lemon juice (if using).
  4. Whisk until everything is well combined and the ashwagandha powder is fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm.
  7. Once firm, gently remove the gummies from the molds.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For a stronger ashwagandha flavor, you can increase the amount of powder. Start with 1 teaspoon and adjust to your preference. You can also experiment with different fruit juices and sweeteners.
