Crispy and savory Keto Cottage Cheese Chips make a perfect low-carb snack that’s easy to prepare and packed with protein.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon out small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each into thin rounds.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely to further crisp up before serving.
