  • 45 Cloves Garlic, minced (divided)

  • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Dry White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (low sodium)
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment or foil.
