  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (the secret ingredient!)
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and egg. Mix until just combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly gooey.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
