Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

These garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs are an incredibly flavorful and fun twist on the classic burger. Each bite is packed with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and a delicious garlic parmesan crust.

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 can (10 oz) Refrigerated pizza dough
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll pizza dough and cut into 10 equal squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Bring the corners of each square together to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal.
  6. Place the cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and grated parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the ground beef mixture. These are also great served with a side of ranch dressing.
