Flavor-Packed Shrimp Tacos: A Weeknight Delight

These shrimp tacos are bursting with flavor! A quick and easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado crema

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado crema.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning.
