Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions and red chili flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (without the seasoning). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, sriracha, and soy sauce. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked noodles and chicken back to the skillet. Toss everything to coat well in the creamy sauce.
  6. Simmer for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with green onions and red chili flakes before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add a spoon of chili crisp or use spicy ramen noodles. Great as a spicy comfort food meal.
