  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 10 Ferrero Rocher candies, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream and Nutella. Gently fold in chopped Ferrero Rocher candies.
  3. Pour batter over crust. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until center is almost set.
  4. Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. This prevents cracking.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with additional Ferrero Rocher candies before serving.
