  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter and milk. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
