Slow-Cooker Beef Stroganoff Plated

Delicious and easy slow-cooker beef stroganoff recipes that are perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Place beef stew meat in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir in sour cream and parsley.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.

Notes

For a richer flavor, brown the beef stew meat before adding it to the slow cooker. You can also add sliced mushrooms to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients.
