  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet and scramble the eggs until just set.
  5. Unroll crescent dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press seams together to form a rectangle.
  6. Spread scrambled eggs over the dough, then top with sausage and shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly from one long side and pinch the ends to seal.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
