  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add shredded rotisserie chicken to the sauce and heat through.
  7. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Add a pinch of nutmeg for an extra layer of flavor in the Alfredo sauce.
