Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 (3-ounce) boxes assorted Jell-O flavors (e.g., lime, lemon, orange, raspberry)
  • Boiling water (as needed, per Jell-O package instructions)
  • Cold water (as needed, per Jell-O package instructions)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve each Jell-O flavor separately in 1 cup of boiling water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water. Let cool slightly.
  2. Pour the first Jell-O layer into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set but slightly sticky.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping to create a light, creamy filling.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the first Jell-O layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Repeat the process, alternating Jell-O layers and cream cheese filling, chilling each layer for at least 30 minutes.
  7. After adding the final Jell-O layer, refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping, fresh fruit, or Easter sprinkles as desired.

Notes

For best results, ensure each Jell-O layer is set but slightly sticky before adding the next layer. Use contrasting Jell-O colors for a striking visual effect!
