  • 1 (15-ounce) container of ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 (25-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli (do not thaw)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Layer sauce mixture, frozen ravioli, and spinach (if using) in the crockpot, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, cover, and let melt for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
