Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce has thickened.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve chicken over buttered noodles.

Notes
