Cranberry Brie Flatbread

A delightful and easy-to-make Cranberry Brie Flatbread combining creamy brie, tangy cranberries, and a crispy flatbread base, perfect for a savory snack or appetizer.

  • 1 flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Scatter the cranberries over the brie.
  5. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the brie is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For added crunch, sprinkle toasted walnuts on top before serving, or serve with a side of arugula salad for a fresh contrast.
