Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

These irresistible garlic bread bombs are filled with a creamy, flavorful mixture of crab and shrimp. Perfect as an appetizer or a fun, easy dinner!

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined, chopped
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, imitation crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly. Place a spoonful of the crab and shrimp mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching them together to seal. Shape into a ball.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and garlic powder.
  7. Dip each bread bomb into the garlic butter mixture, coating all sides.
  8. Place the bread bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Sprinkle the tops of the bread bombs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
