Crab Stuffed Biscuits

These Crab Stuffed Biscuits are a delightful and easy appetizer or snack. Flaky biscuits filled with a creamy, savory crab mixture make for a crowd-pleasing treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 (16 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • Melted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
  5. Use your fingers to flatten each biscuit slightly.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of the crab mixture onto the center of each biscuit.
  7. Bring the edges of the biscuit up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  8. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
