Coconut Balls

These easy coconut balls are a delightful no-bake treat, perfect for a quick and sweet snack. Made with just a few simple ingredients, they’re incredibly easy to whip up in minutes!

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) package shredded coconut, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 of the shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the remaining shredded coconut in a shallow dish. Roll each ball in the coconut to coat completely.
  4. Place the coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, try dipping the coconut balls in melted chocolate before coating them in coconut!
