This Easy 10 Minute Chocolate Banana Bark is a simple and delicious treat perfect for a quick snack or dessert. It combines the sweetness of bananas with the richness of chocolate for a healthy and satisfying bite.

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the banana slices on top of the chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle with your desired toppings (nuts, coconut, sea salt).
  6. Freeze for at least 10 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes
