A creamy and flavorful Chicken Pasta Recipe that combines tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich Parmesan sauce for an easy yet elegant meal.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 cups water (for boiling pasta)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for boiling pasta)
  • Optional toppings: fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, additional Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken slices with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, basil, and oregano.
  6. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Add the drained pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, or extra Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
