  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and celery until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, sautéed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes
