Blueberry Angel Food Cake

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries, rinsed and patted dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together angel food cake mix and cold water until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour batter into an ungreased angel food cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  6. Invert the pan immediately after removing from the oven and let cool completely before removing the cake.
  7. Gently loosen the cake from the pan with a knife or spatula.
