Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, peaches, mango, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, fruit, and sweetener (if using) in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. To remove pops, run molds under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
