  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (68 oz each)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
  4. Dip each chicken breast into melted butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
