Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside — these garlic parmesan potato wedges are a perfect side or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through if desired.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Soaking the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking helps make them crispier.
