  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop asparagus into 1-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide asparagus evenly among 4 ramekins.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin on top of the asparagus.
  5. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over each egg.
