This Baked Caesar Chicken features tender chicken breasts baked to perfection and topped with a rich, creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for a comforting and flavorful dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, minced garlic, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  6. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy topping, broil the chicken for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or garlic bread.
