Apple Salad with Grapes

This easy apple salad with grapes is a refreshing and delicious side dish or light lunch. Crisp apples, juicy grapes, and a creamy dressing combine for a delightful flavor and texture.

  • 2 medium apples, cored and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp recommended)
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and halved grapes.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple and grape mixture and gently toss to coat.
  4. If desired, stir in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, use a sweeter apple variety like Fuji or Gala. You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor.
